Dear client,

Please find below some useful explanations which will allow you to benefit from a limited company in the united kingdom.

Annual accounts

We would like to inform you of the importance of forwarding the annual accounts of your Limited company to us as soon as we make your application, as the british authorities give great importance to the date on which the aforesaid accounts are presented.

It is very important that you fully understand the aforesaid procedure.Your financial year will begin from the date your company is registered. For example, if your company was constituted on 15th july, 2007 to 31st july,2008. Therefore, your next financial year will be from 1st August, 2008 to 31st , 2009, And in like manner for each following consecutive year. You should, therefore, forward your accounts to us for the financial year which has ended whithin a period of no more than 3 months.

Let us take the sam example: for the financial year ends on 31st july, 2008 and it is essential, therefore, that we receive your company accounts during October,2008 in order to be able to work on the dossier. Once your accounts have reached us, we will send them to our Chatered Accountant in England for him to give proper from to them in accordance with British regulations. He will then returnthem for you to sign and they will then be forwarded to him so that he can present them before the corresponding administration.

We would inform you that all annual accounts from limited companies are presented to two entities: the registry of business companies ( COMPANIES HOUSE) and the department of the treasury ( H.M.REVENUE & CUSTOMS, previously known as INLAND REVENUE). These administrations require that the accounts of all Limited companies be presented on one specific date, which may vary depending on the type of company.

We remain at your disposal for any further information you may need.

Yours faithfully,

The management
